If we cannot fulfil an order or discover a material pricing error, we will contact you and offer a correction or cancellation with a refund of amounts paid.

Returns and guarantees

NilPoint offers a 60-day trial for the cushion. Please contact us through our contact form if you wish to request a refund under the trial. Your statutory consumer guarantees remain in addition to the voluntary trial.
