NilPoint currently ships to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States. Shipping is free for destinations available at checkout.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days), excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods or remote locations.

Delivery times outside Australia vary by destination. We will email tracking details once your order has been dispatched and tracking is available.

If your order has not arrived or tracking has stopped updating, please contact us through our contact form with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.
